You either love Chia or they gross you out. People often wonder what it tastes like and what the texture feels like. When chia seeds are soaked they absorb the water and then become plump, sweet and soft. They are more like tapioca pearls and can pretty much be used the same way.
I actually love chia pudding. Chia does not have any taste to it. It will taste like whatever you want the taste of it to be. So whatever liquid flavor you are using it will taste like that. This Chocolate Chia Protein Pudding would be a great breakfast option if you are trying to lose weight. We love it!
